I started taking Shakeology while I was doing the Insanity 60 Day workout program and thought I would just use it for a few months like a protein shake. I never thought it could be in my daily diet forever.</p>
<p>After just a few weeks utilizing Shakeology I began to notice the changes in my body, both appearance and mentally. There&#8217;s over 70 ingredients in Shakeology that help your system run at it&#8217;s fullest potential. It&#8217;s not simply another Whey Protein shake. I could tell it has more to the drink by how my body was feeling.</p>
<p>Mostly when people start getting into shape they study that protein is crucial for loosing weight and building muscle&#8230;and I agree 100%.</p>
